ENDWALL CONSTRUCTION New & Rebuilds

Every new house needs new endwalls, and older houses often need their endwalls rebuilt. We build to your specifications, using the materials you decide are best for you - lumber, steel, poly, plywood, polycarbonate, pre-fab doors, roll-up doors, vents, fans, the works. We’ll work with you to design the best possible endwalls for your needs.

POLY & RE-POLY

Your new high-tunnel gets a fresh coat of poly right out the gate. We install both single or double inflated 6 mil. poly as needed. We’re also available to re-poly those older structures that aren’t in as good shape as they should be. Most 6 mil. poly is rated for a 4-5 year lifespan. (Click Here for more info on poly)

Note: Being that our off-season tunnel check-ups will be during the winter months, there may be a few things we won’t be able to check out entirely if there is substantial snow on the ground. We’ll do our best to schedule early and around the weather to be as thorough in our check-up as possible!

CATERPILLAR TUNNELS

“Cat Tunnels” are quick and easy to build and move, relatively inexpensive compared to larger hoophouse structures, and can be used for many crops that require a little protection, a bit warmer environment in early and late seasons, and possibly best of all, they don’t necessarily require flat, level ground to be installed.

A kit can be purchased from Farmer’s Friend that even includes endwalls, or we can build custom endwalls, and get your whole tunnel up for you in no time!

REPAIRS

Some houses just need a little pick-me-up, while others might need a whole lotta love. Whatever shape your house is in, we can resurrect, repair, remodel and reconfigure just about anything!
